A: Nope. But you will find Bliss proudly displayed in thousands of floor covering retailer showrooms across the country. That's how we spread our Bliss everywhere.

Q: How can I get samples of Bliss carpet?
A: You'll find samples secretly hidden behind the Color Wall of the Bliss display at your Bliss dealer. (It's ok if you know that, so don't be shy.)
Q: Which Bliss carpet is best for the real life with kids and pets?
A: Bliss Real LifeTM or Bliss Ultimate HomeTM. They're made with PermaSoft® Plus Solution Dyed fibers that resist stains and wear.
Q: What is Bliss doing to help the environment?
A: Bliss is made by Beaulieu of America, one of the pioneers in sustainable practices among floor covering manufacturers. Beaulieu is one of the leading recyclers of plastic drink bottles (1.6 billion per year to be exact) to make its P.E.T. polyester fiber called Green Smart® that goes into carpets like Healthy HomeTM and Healthy EssenceTM. Plus, all Bliss carpets proudly wear the Green Label® Certification from the Carpet and Rug Institute which means your indoor air quality is protected, too.

A: Yes. Q: What is Green Label® Certification?
A: All Bliss carpets proudly carry this certification meaning that they improve indoor air quality. Environmentally responsible manufacturers participating in this program have taken voluntary steps to reduce VOC emissions. The Green Label is your assurance that this product has been tested and shown to meet stringent indoor air quality criteria. For more information, go to carpet-rug.org.
Q: What is Green Smart®?
A: This is our P.E.T polyester carpet fiber made totally from recycled soft drink bottles. First, the caps and labels are removed. Then the bottles are cleaned thoroughly before being shredded into small shards. The shards are melted down and extruded into carpet fiber. Because of this, millions upon millions of soft drink bottles don't wind up filling landfills.
Q: What is FiberEssence®?
A: This is our best continuous filament P.E.T. polyester fiber that provides brighter, richer and more vibrant colors as well as outstanding value when compared with nylon fiber.
Q: What is LuxuryBac®?
A: This is our soft carpet backing that's ultra-flexible and provides stronger, less visible seams. Its dimensional stability helps carpets lay flat and stay flat. LuxuryBac comes with a 10-year no-wrinkle warranty.
Q: What is Magic Fresh®?
A: This is our exclusive, environmentally safe and self-renewing odor-destroying carpet treatment. Magic Fresh works to capture and absorb common household odors and pollutants from the air (e.g. pet odors, cigarette smoke, cooking odors) and destroys them over time. Magic Fresh effectiveness doesn't fade away after normal cleaning and wear. Available only on select carpets.
Q: What is PermaSoft® Plus Solution Dyed Nylon?
A: This is our luxurious nylon fiber with wool-like softness. The color is in the fiber when it's made, not dyed later as with most stain treated nylon fibers. That means a carpet that resists fading and is extremely stain-resistant and durable.To better understand the difference between a solution dyed nylon fiber and a fiber that is dyed after tufting, think of the difference between a carrot and a radish. When you cut into a carrot, the orange carrot color goes all the way through the carrot, just as the color goes all the way through a solution dyed nylon fiber. With a radish however, the color is only on the outside, as it is with a post-dyed fiber.
Q: What is PermaTwist®?
A: Beaulieu's exclusive PermaTwist is the solution dyed olefin carpet fiber created to have the superb low-luster look, feel and texture of wool at a fraction of the cost. Its double twisted yarns give you a unique striated coloration, unmatched and unequalled anywhere else in the industry.
Q: What is Bliss "1, 2, Done!" shopping?
A: This is the easy Bliss way of shopping for carpet. Step 1: Pick your color. Step 2: Pick your performance options from the icons that designate performance and warranty. Done!
Q: What is a "Complete Bliss" dealer?
A: This dealer must meet special qualifications to be invited to become a Complete Bliss dealer. These dealers have displays that feature larger color samples and extended product offerings, not found in other Bliss dealers. Complete Bliss dealers are also eligible for special mill supported warranty programs and promotions.
Q: What is the "No Questions Asked" guarantee?
A: All Bliss carpets come with this guarantee. This means that we are so sure you will love your new Bliss carpet that we will guarantee it unconditionally for up to 30 days from Bliss by Beaulieu dealers and up to 60 days from Complete Bliss dealers, from your date of purchase. A: You should contact your retailer.
Q: What is Silver ReleaseTM?
A: This is the exclusive fiber technology that embeds silver and copper ions into each carpet fiber to effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and reduce mold and mildew. Silver Release antimicrobial technology helps keep the Bliss carpet in your home cleaner and fresher for the life of the carpet. Available only on Bliss Healthy EssenceTM and Bliss Healthy HomeTM.
Q: What is the difference between Silver Release and Magic Fresh®?
A: Both work to make your home cleaner and fresher and are available only on select carpets. Silver Release inhibits bacteria and reduces mold and mildew to help keep your carpet cleaner and fresher. Magic Fresh works to keep the indoor air in your home odor-free by capturing odors and pollutants in the air and destroying them. Silver Release is built-in to the carpet fiber. Magic Fresh is applied to the carpet fiber. Both are effective for the life of the carpet.
Q: Is there any special care required for my carpet with Silver Release?
A: Just follow the care instructions that come with your carpet.
Q: Can Silver Release ever be worn out, used up or diluted?
A: No. It is permanently embedded into the carpet fiber.
Q: Do I have to have my Bliss carpet professionally cleaned?
A: Yes, you should have it professionally cleaned once every 18 to 24 months by a certified professional using carpet care products that have a CRI SOA certification.
Q: Can stains be removed from Bliss Solution Dyed Nylon carpet, even after several days?
A: Yes, in some cases. However prompt attention is recommended. See the Care & Cleaning section of the warranty brochure for proper spot cleaning procedures and professional cleaning requirements.
