Additionally, your flooring is warranted to remain free of wrinkles and buckles under normal indoor use for ten years as well. It must be installed following the Carpet and Rug Institute’s Residential Installation Standard CRI-105. (Consult with your Beaulieu dealer for details or the Carpet and Rug Institute website at www.carpet-rug.com). If your Beaulieu LuxuryBac premium carpet backing buckles or wrinkles after proper installation, we will pay reasonable labor costs for re-stretching the affected area(s). If we determine these conditions cannot be corrected and your carpet cannot be restored to a wrinkle-free condition, Beaulieu will issue a credit to the dealer equal to the original purchase price for the affected room(s), which must be used towards the replacement cost of new Beaulieu carpet of the same or similar quality.
